Early detection is key to breast cancer treatment

Many health care providers encourage women to get a baseline mammogram at age 40 and every year thereafter. Women who have a family history of breast cancer should discuss their risk factors with their provider and consider screenings at an earlier age. When breast cancer is detected in an early stage of the disease, the chance of survival is greater and the patient is afforded more treatment options.

Our goal is to provide doctors and patients in Nebraska and surrounding areas a resource for consultation for both benign and malignant breast disease. Our primary objective is and has been to offer the patient the appropriate personnel in one setting without time-consuming and anxiety-producing delays as a result of referral from one office to another.
