The Intestine and liver teams of physicians are supported by a multidisciplinary group of specialists including transplant nurse coordinators, nurse practitioners and pharmacists trained in treating the unique health conditions faced by transplant recipients. Our team also includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and child life specialists to help recipients and donors navigate the emotional and behavioral aspects of the transplantation process. Financial and pharmaceutical counselors are also on hand to help patients with financial considerations and concerns.
